The Worker Wing Workshops - Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for a Worker Wing workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Workshop Access
Your ticket grants access to the live online workshop and the workshop replay, unless otherwise stated.
Workshop access is for the named purchaser only and may not be shared, distributed or resold.
2. Recordings & Replay Access
Workshops will be recorded.
A replay will be made available to all ticket holders following the session, regardless of whether you attend live.
Where live Q&A sessions form part of the workshop, these may be excluded from the replay at Queen Bee's discretion.
Replay access is provided for personal use only and must not be shared with others.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the workshop and the inclusion of a replay, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the live session, you will still receive access to the replay.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another workshop date unless agreed at Queen Bee's discretion.
By purchasing a workshop ticket, you expressly consent to receiving immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the digital content (including workshop recordings and resources) has been supplied.
4. Cancellation by Queen Bee
In the unlikely event that Queen Bee needs to cancel or postpone a workshop, ticket holders will be offered either:
A full refund; or
A place on an alternative Worker Wing workshop of equivalent value.
Queen Bee will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement.
5. Workshop Content
All workshop materials, slides, templates, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of Queen Bee.
Materials are provided for personal use within your own business and must not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared or sold without written permission.
6. Participation & Conduct
We aim to create a supportive, professional and welcoming environment for all attendees.
Queen Bee reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Disclaimer
The Worker Wing workshops are designed to provide marketing education, ideas and guidance.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and useful information, Queen Bee cannot guarantee specific business, marketing or financial results as a consequence of attending any workshop.
Implementation and results will vary between businesses.
