Other ways we collect data

If we exchange business cards we will only use your information to contact you about your services. We will hold your personal information in our contact database for as long as necessary for our relationship and will review every 5 years. We will not share your information for any other purpose than to refer your services and we will not market to you without your consent.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc) are transmitted normally over the internet and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
