Where you have actively agreed to us using your information for a particular purpose, such as receiving marketing communications where consent is required.

We use this information to process and administer your purchase and provide access to the course you have bought.

Our courses are hosted using Membership.io, a third-party course and membership platform operated by Searchie Inc.

Following your purchase, your name and email address are transferred to Membership.io so that your course account and access can be created. Membership.io may send you an automated email giving you access to the course platform.

Where a live course or workshop session is recorded, your name, image, voice or information you choose to share may be included in the recording.

We will make attendees aware where a session is being recorded. If you do not wish your name or image to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera switched off and change your display name. You can also choose not to speak or contribute information during the recorded session.

Recordings may be made available to other participants in the relevant course or workshop where replay access forms part of the product or learning experience.
