To make this work for you, download the template below, adjust the far-right column titles to match those of the channels open to you, find a solid hour and make yourself a brew.

Then work through month by month, first thinking about what’s going on in the world, then what’s going on with your target audience and then what’s going on with you. Once you have this clear, you can start to map out promotional messages that answer the needs or mindset of your ideal customer, month by month, mirrored with what you’ve got to tell them. Even better, you can then think about how each marketing channel can be used to push that message. Et voila! A perfectly planned campaign!
